Lauren is passionate about helping people heal emotionally and transform their lives. She works with clients facing challenges like depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship struggles, using a blend of approaches to create meaningful, lasting change. Her methods include the Relationship Recovery Process (RRP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques.

A big part of Lauren’s work is focused on inner child therapy, based on the Amanda Curtin Model. This approach helps clients reconnect with their present-day adult self and their inner child, who often carries emotional scars from the past. For many, especially those with childhood trauma, these unresolved wounds can affect their adult decisions and lead to unhealthy coping patterns.

Lauren helps clients bridge the gap between these two parts, empowering the adult to reparent and care for the inner child. Through this process, clients can heal deep emotional wounds, redefine family relationships, and find deeper connections in their lives. Techniques like dialoguing between the adult and inner child and addressing childhood triggers in a safe group setting help clients achieve emotional regulation, self-compassion, and live more authentically.

In both individual and group therapy, Lauren creates a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore emotional wounds, heal from trauma, and develop healthier patterns for living.
